PROBLEM PROPOSAL ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW The goal of this exercise is to identify an organizational problem/issue from the experience of students in the class. The problem will be analyzed through several different “lenses” for the purpose of providing the student with various strategies for problem-solving. The identified problem/issue will be examined together “in-class” in order to practice using organizational analysis for problem-posing and problem-solving in the workplace.
