Let me give you the context, Based on the attachment, i was the project manager for phase 1 of the capacity master plan for the health sector, now i have a new executive director which i ne=ed to give her a clear idea and put her in the context of whats been done over the phase one period, starting by: the key challenge/ gap we have in DOH of non having real time live data that supports the capacity planning (supply& demand) + manual report owned by external vendor not owned by DOH, then the scope of the Scope of the cmp project, then brief on the Journey of the project, until develop the tool considering the challenges we faced during the project such like (supply/ licensing data as up to date or discrepancies “Accela” + integration…etc). your required advice shouldn’t be limited to my input only, i need your advice on how to present to the executive director in light the introduction in order to take this project further to phase 2 and on what we can focus on.
