Attached is my annotated bibliography. Instructions are below. Works cited page Your goal for this assignment is to expand and strengthen either your fiction essay or drama essay by incorporating information from at least THREE secondary sources into that previously written essay. Information from these secondary sources should be added into your previous essay where ever it can most effectively strengthen your argument. (In other words, don’t just tack it on at the end of your essay). For instance, if I wanted to further explain how the main theme of “A Tell-Tale Heart” is how repressed guilt can lead to insanity, I would compile all the instances of this theme throughout the story. Then, I would research secondary sources to support that claim: that the theme of the story is how guilt can lead to insanity. I would use those sources as support for my claim. These sources, when used within your paper, MUST BE CITED – either in-text or parenthetical. PLEASE utilize the Owl at Purdue website. There is so much information on how to compile a perfectly formatted MLA research paper without plagiarism! There’s even an online writing lab! Requirements: Your research paper should be about 3 pages long. This does not count the Works Cited page, which should be at the very end of your essay. Please make sure there aren’t any spacing issues, as sometimes this can happen. You are also required to submit your research paper through Turnitin on Canvas. Since we are using Turnitin, you do not have to submit copies of the sources you used in your research paper; however, be prepared to provide those sources to me later should I need to ask for them.
