Your page should also include an image of your choice to depict your selected customer segment. (20 marks)
(b) Using any TWO (2) of the “4Ps” (marketing mix), describe in detail how the marketers of Chatime could appeal to the segment that you outlined in part (a) of this question. (20 marks)
