In this Assessment, you will take the team chart that was developed in your Formative Assessment and continue to build it out by aligning it with the larger organizational structure with the way the various individuals and groups/departments work together. Use the concept information on cooperation, conflict, and innovation to see how your team and teams across your organization work together on these concepts to build group cohesion. Think forward to your overall Final Assessment – the virtual town hall meeting. Cooperation: provide examples of how your team uses cooperation internally and with other teams to meet the needs of the organization. Conflict: provide examples of conflict within your team and with other teams that impeded the progress of a project or initiative. It can also be an internal conflict that impedes the success of the team. How were these resolved? Innovation: provide examples of innovative processes, approaches, ideas, and projects that your team has developed and how this has impacted the organization or your specific team.
