Thesis Title: “ESG Diversity and Inclusion: The Role of Gender, Sexual Orientation, and Ethnicity/Background Disclosure Across Multinational Corporations” Research Topic: This dissertation investigates the reasons behind and impacts of collecting gender, sexual orientation, and ethnicity/background information during job applications across various multinational corporations. It aims to understand how these practices align with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) diversity and inclusion goals and their implications for business performance and regulatory compliance across different sectors. Research Questions: 1. When and why did multinational corporations across different sectors start collecting gender, sexual orientation, and ethnicity/background data, and what are the perceived benefits associated with this practice? 2. How do different regulatory frameworks across regions influence the practices and transparency of collecting gender, sexual orientation, and ethnicity/background data in multinational corporations? 3. What are the impacts of gender, sexual orientation, and ethnicity/background data collection on business performance and ESG outcomes across various sectors? Additional Information: 1. My dissertation approach is an Empirical Study and I should use Secondary Data only. 2. My dissertation has to use Stata compulsorily to perform any of these analysis suitable to my topic – Research Design and Data Descriptive Statistics, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, Time Series Analysis.
